Registration

We are managing the registration process for the annual meeting on the ConfTool platform again. Therefore, once you click on the "Go to registration" button, you will be first redirected to the next conference registration page. There, you need to first create a user profile. Once your user profile is created and your email address is validated, you can continue with the registration for the 2nd Annual Meeting.

In order to complete your registration, you will need to transfer a participation fee to the bank account details which will be shared with you via ConfTool platform. For more information on the amount of the fees, please check the blue information box. The fee also includes attendance at the Get-Together Evening at Tivoli in Aachen, Germany.

Registration Fee

To enable the best conference experience for you, this year a participation fee will apply to complete your registration for the 2nd Annual Meeting. The amount of participation fee (including the Conference and the Get-Together Evening) is determined as:

  • For regular attendees: 83,00 €
  • For student attendees: 42,00€

We kindly ask you to transfer the corresponding amount in 10 days after online registration to complete your registration. For the reduced student price, the attendees should also provide a valid student ID or a similar document.

To complete your registration for the 2nd Annual Meeting, you are required to transfer the corresponding attendance fee in 10 days after online registration for the following bank details:

Abstract Submission

This year, we will select for abstracts not only for poster sessions but also for a session dedicated to short talks. Attendees will have the possibility to submit their abstracts for consideration of either categories. Once you create an account and register for the conference, you can also submit your abstracts using the ConfTool platform. Please note that selected presenters for the talks will be exempted from a participation fee.

Abstract Submission Deadline: November 15th, 2024

Your short talk or poster abstracts should be written in English and should not exceed 250 words. After an evaluation process of the abstracts by the Steering Committee, we will timely inform the submitting authors for which category they are selected. 

This year, we will hold two poster sessions for odd- and even-numbered posters to optimize the scientific exchange. Therefore, please pay attention at which poster session you need to be present at your poster. The posters should be in portrait format and DIN A0 size. You can hang your posters upon arrival directly.
