Theme of meeting
The theme of the meeting is “How Animal Welfare Science can result in real-world impact“.
This year the AWRN conference focuses on how both fundamental and applied research can result in changes to improve animal welfare in a range of settings. In addition to talks on the conference theme, there will be a session on “Novel developments in Animal Welfare Science”, breakout groups with stakeholders invited to present an animal welfare problem which needs solving and a SWAN Gender Equality and Diversity Session.
